Job summary

A reputable local bank in Hong Kong with a well-established Branch Network is seeking a Card Maintenance and Personalization Manager to join its Credit Card Department in Operations Division.

You will oversee daily card maintenance and personalization operations, manage vendors, and drive process improvements across related add-on services while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with at least 5 years supervisory experience.
• Awareness of operational risks, compliance, and logistics streamlining.
• Knowledge of general banking operations and card schemes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on credit card and ATM card accounts and vendor management.
• Participate in projects for new products/services, with focus on user requirements and UAT.
• Supervise hotline for internal enquiries from branches.
• Supervise teller transaction processing functions.
• Guide the team to maximize routine resources efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, card schemes and regulators.
• Assist in office administrative functions management.
• Assist Management in preparing routine MIS reports.
• Support Department Head by undertaking assigned roles and tasks.

A reputable local bank in Hong Kong with a well-established Branch Network is looking for a Card Maintenance and Personalization Manager to join her Credit Card Department in Operations Division.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations on credit card and ATM card across account maintenance functions, card personalization out-sourced vendor management, and add-on services setup by using pre-defined KPI.
• Participate in project development relating to new product / service / promotion, with special focus on provision of user requirements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Supervise the running of hotline serving internal enquiry from branches.
• Supervise the teller transaction processing functions
• Guide the Team by maximizing the routine resources in an efficient and effective manner.
• Ensure compliance with the established policies, guidelines, card schemes and regulators.
• Assist in office administrative functions management.
• Assist Management / Business Uses in preparing routine MIS reports.
• Support Department Head by undertaking the assigned roles and tasks.

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent with 5 years relevant experience at supervisory level.
• Awareness to operational risks, compliance, and logistic streamlining.
• Understand general banking operations.
• Good PC knowledge (e.g. MS office) and MACRO is an advantage.
