Job summary

A reputable local Bank in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Manager for Card Growth & Cobrand Partnerships to join the Card Business & Business Development Department in Retail Banking.

You will assist in developing and executing marketing programs, collaborating with cobrand partners, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and with quality. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in marketing, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing.
• Strong interpersonal skills and detail-orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and execution of card marketing programs and campaigns.
• Collaborate with cobrand partners on program implementation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, or vendors to deliver campaigns on time and to a high quality.
• Work with channels (e-channel, telesales, branches) to monitor card acquisition performance.
• Liaise with agencies to produce marketing collateral and webpages.
• Monitor campaign results and track program performance.
• Assist in budget and expenses management including invoice settlement.

Assistant Card Growth & Cobrand Partnership Manager (Banking)

A reputable local Bank in Hong Kong with a well-established Branch Network is looking for a Card Growth & Cobrand Partnership Assistant Manager to join her Card Business & Business Development Department in Retail Banking Division.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing programs, new product development, or card acquisition campaigns to deliver business targets
• Work closely with cobrand partners on program implementation and day-to-day collaboration
• Coordinate with internal parties, partners, or vendors to deliver marketing campaigns in a quality and timely manner
• Co-operate with different channels such as e-channel team, telesales, and branch to monitor and manage their performance on card acquisition
• Liaise with advertising agency and to produce quality marketing collateral (including webpage maintenance)
• Monitor campaign response and prepare the program result tracking
• Budget and expenses management (including invoice settlement)

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree holder, major in Business Administration or Marketing; Experienced in product management of retail banking or credit card products is preferable
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing
• Strong interpersonal skills, good team player and detail-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
