Job summary

Springer Professional Group Limited, on behalf of a leading bank, seeks an Assistant Manager, Card Products & Marketing (Acquisition or Usage) to join the counter services team. Design and execute card marketing programs to grow the cardmember base and usage, coordinating with partners and managing budgets.

The role requires 3-5 years in bank retail product marketing, strong Cantonese, Mandarin and English communication, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with experience in bank retail product marketing.
• Excellent communication in Cantonese, Putonghua and English.
• Exposure to card marketing preferred, other retail banking products welcome.

Job Description

• Design and implement effective marketing strategies and programs to grow the profitability of credit cards by growing of cardmember base and usage stimulation
• Responsible for design, planning, implementation, execution and post-launch monitoring of cardmember acquisitions marketing programs or credit card usage stimulation programs
• Explore and spotlight profitable business opportunities in co-brand or business partners’ database for cross-sell and joint promotion programs
• Participate and propose new card product features and offers to increase product competitiveness and market penetration
• Liaise with internal and external business partners to plan and implement the launching of new initiatives and maintain good business relationship with the partners
• Project leader with close liaison with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth implementation of marketing programs
• Manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective marketing exercises

Job Requirements

• Degree holder with minimum 3-5 years’ experience in bank retail product marketing, preferably with card marketing experience. Exposure with other retail banking products are also welcome.
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Excellent communication skills with Cantonese, Putonghua and English
• *** Candidate with less experience will be consider as Senior Officer, Card Marketing
