Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. (JLL) is seeking a front-line Customer Service role in Hong Kong, onsite. You will greet visitors, handle enquiries, manage complaints, and support mall activities across multiple floors, ensuring a high standard of service.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or above in hospitality/facilities management, 1 year of customer service experience, and strong language skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in hospitality management, facilities management or related disciplines.
• 1 year of experience in customer service preferably in frontline customer interaction, mall or hotel concierge experience.
• Pleasant, polite, customer-oriented with good communication skills and manner.
• Fresh graduates with some part-time experience in customer service field are welcomed.
• Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard customer service to visitors and tenants in a cultural and creative mall
• Start the day with greeting customers
• Handle customers’ enquiries, requests and phone calls at Information Counter and CS e-mail account
• Settle complaints and manage sudden incidents
• Support in-mall activities like exhibition events
• Perform inspection to stores at all floors and record information in daily patrol form
• Issue signage/ directory, notice and work orders
• Handle redemption
