Job summary

King Deux Search & Consulting is recruiting a Senior Customer Service Officer for a shopping mall in Hong Kong. The role involves assisting at the customer service counter, supporting promotional activities, and daily mall operations in a busy retail environment.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or higher, experience in property management or hospitality, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher required.
• Experience in property management or hospitality preferred, especially in report centre or control room.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with telephone manner and customer focus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role and client facing.
• Proficiency in MS applications (Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing).
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the customer service counter in the shopping center and related duties.
• Support promotional activities and daily operations of the property.
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned from management services office.
