Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Hong Kong is seeking a frontline concierge professional to deliver high‑standard services to tenants and visitors across a shopping mall and office building. You will respond to inquiries in English and Chinese, coordinate with the events and facilities teams, and support day‑to‑day administrative tasks.

Diploma holder with 1+ year experience in hospitality or retail concierge preferred; strong communication, presentable appearance, and Putonghua proficiency

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with at least 1 year's customer service experience focusing in frontline customer interaction, hotel or shopping mall concierge experience, or above with relevant experience.
• Pleasant personality, outgoing and presentable.
• Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills.
• Good in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Competent in spoken Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-standard concierge services to tenants and visitors across the shopping mall and office building.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely and solution-oriented resolution.
• Support day-to-day property management operations, including coordination and execution of marketing and promotional activities.
• Monitor and assist front desk and reception operations to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with the account’s Event Team and Facilities Management team on operational tasks and event-related logistics.
• Ensure all activities align with company and client policies, including health, safety, and workplace regulatory requirements.
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned, including processing tenant applications, document filing, procurement, and maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and water services.
• Ad hoc duties and special projects as directed by management.
