A leading shopping mall operator in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated individual to provide high standard customer service. The role involves offering concierge services to tenants and customers, handling enquiries, and supporting marketing initiatives. Candidates should possess at least a diploma and have a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and bilingual capabilities in English and Chinese. Experience in customer service is preferred. Shift work is expected, with an attractive remuneration package offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year's customer service experience in a frontline role.
• Experience in hotel or shopping mall concierge services is preferred.
• Willing to work on shift (5 days/week).

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard concierge service to tenants and customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and support marketing activities.
• Assist in daily operations of property management services.
