Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to tenants and visitors in a cultural and creative mall.
• Handle complaints and requests from tenants and maintain good relationship.
• Start the day with greeting customers.
• Handle enquiries, requests and phone calls from customers and visitors at InformationCounter and CS e-mail account.
• Settle complaints and manage sudden incidents.
• Support in-mall activities like exhibition events.
• Perform inspection to stores at all floors and record information in daily patrol form.
• Perform daily administration duties, including issuing signage/ directory, notice and work orders.
• Handle redemption.
• Provide immediate response and support related to the operations.
