Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a friendly concierge to deliver high-standard services to tenants and visitors across the shopping mall and office building in Hong Kong. You will respond promptly to enquiries, handle requests and feedback, and support day-to-day property operations.

The role requires excellent communication in English and Chinese (Putonghua helpful), a Diploma with 1+ year customer service experience, and a presentable, client-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with at least 1 year's frontline customer service experience.
• Experience in hotel or shopping mall concierge is a plus.
• Strong communication in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-standard concierge services to tenants and visitors across the shopping mall and office building.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely and solution-oriented resolution.
• Support day-to-day property management operations, including coordination and execution of marketing and promotional activities.
• Monitor and assist front desk and reception operations to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with the account’s Event Team and Facilities Management team on operational tasks and event-related logistics.
• Ensure all activities align with company and client policies, including health, safety, and workplace regulatory requirements.
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned, including processing tenant applications, document filing, procurement, and maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and water services.
• Ad hoc duties and special projects as directed by management
