Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) invites applications for a Senior Officer (Licensing) on a 6-month contract in Hong Kong. The appointee will support regulatory compliance work, conduct investigations, and interact with PM entities under supervision.

The role requires a university degree and at least five years of relevant experience, with preference for regulatory, inspection or public sector background. The PMSA offers a structured, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• A recognised university degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Experience in regulatory investigation, compliance, or field inspections is advantageous.
• Public sector or regulatory experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.

Responsabilités

• Support a regulatory compliance project under supervision.
• Engage with incorporated owners and stakeholders on regulatory matters.
• Conduct site visits to verify provision of PM services.
• Follow up cases per defined procedures and timelines.
• Compile and analyse regulatory statistics and reports.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
