Job summary

Property Management Services Authority is seeking a Senior Officer (Complaints and Enforcement) on a 6-month contract to handle enquiries and enforcement inspections efficiently. The role requires collecting and analysing evidence for disciplinary cases under PMSO and applicable ordinances, and preparing comprehensive reports.

The appointee will conduct investigations, gather evidence for alleged offences, and attend disciplinary and appeal hearings, including court appearances as a witness.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years' complaints handling experience; government/law enforcement preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good report writing skills.
• Team player with strong sense of responsibility and communication.
• Ability to work independently under pressure; empathetic and practical.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries, complaints and conduct enforcement inspections in a proper and timely manner.
• Collect and analyse evidence for disciplinary cases per PMSO and relevant ordinances.
• Conduct investigations and gather evidence for alleged disciplinary offences.
• Assist in preparing case reports, statistical reports, and related reports.
• Prepare for and attend disciplinary and appeal hearings, and court as a witness.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as directed.
