The Property Management Services Authority invites applications for a Senior Officer (Licensing) on a 6-month contract. Reporting to the Senior Manager (Licensing), the appointee will support a dedicated regulatory compliance project and assist with licensing-related investigations and field inspections.

The role requires a university degree, at least five years of relevant experience, and strong MS Excel and Chinese word processing skills.

Qualifications

• A recognised university degree in any discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Experience in regulatory investigation, compliance, or field inspections will be an advantage.
• Experience in investigative research, fact-finding, or corporate due diligence will be a distinct advantage.
• Preferable with experience in public sectors, authorities or relevant industries.
• Proficient in various MS applications and Chinese Word Processing.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel functionalities and formula usage is preferred.
• Independent, well organised, detail minded, with common sense and high sense of responsibility; and
• Strong commitment to tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Perform research to gather information and establish factual background;
• Engage with concerned companies, Incorporated Owners, and other relevant stakeholders regarding regulatory matters
• Conduct site visits to ascertain information on provision of property management service of properties;
• Follow up cases according to the defined procedure;
• Compile and analyse relevant statistical reports; and
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
