Job summary

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyse relevant reports.
• Handle non-compliance cases on licensing criteria.
• Assist in activities related to annual return of licensees.
• Handle licensing inquiries by phone and in person.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
