Job summary

The Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) in Hong Kong is seeking a qualified professional to handle complaints and conduct investigations under the Property Management Services Ordinance. The appointee will prepare case reports, liaise with law enforcement and regulatory bodies, and support enforcement actions.

Qualifications

• Experience handling complaints and conducting investigations under regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation and regulations.
• Experience in regulatory bodies, public administration or related industries is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle complaints and investigate suspected offences under the PMSO.
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence, interview relevant parties and request information.
• Prepare case and management reports; liaise with other agencies as required.
• Conduct enforcement inspections and contribute to hearings and court proceedings as needed.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as directed.
