Job summary

Stationery Lo in Fo Tan, Hong Kong, is seeking a motivated Junior IT Specialist to join our operations team. You will provide remote IT support and onsite services across HK retail shops, warehouse, and office, helping keep systems running smoothly.

The role emphasizes teamwork, diagnosing problems, installing and configuring end-user devices, maintaining inventory, and ensuring security. A diploma or degree in IT and good English/Chinese communication are required, with a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Proficient communication in English and Chinese.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS and common business applications.
• Strong problem-solving and willingness to learn.
• Experience in IT support in retail/onsite is a plus.

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
