Job summary

China Ping An Insurance Overseas (Holdings) Limited is seeking an IT support professional to maintain and administer network and office IT systems in a fast-paced environment. The role includes daily operations, 1st tier troubleshooting, and coordination with the group support team to ensure smooth IT service delivery.

The candidate should have a Bachelor degree and at least 3 years of IT support experience, with strong Windows, Office/Outlook and mobile device skills, plus knowledge of Finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years relevant IT support experience.
• Experience in Windows environment, MS Office, Outlook and mobile device support.
• Broad knowledge of desktop applications and networks.
• Knowledge on Network, Proxy and VPN.
• Knowledge on finance systems such as Bloomberg.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
