Job summary

Tai Hing Worldwide Development Ltd is seeking a 1st level IT support professional to assist internal users and frontline stores both off site and on-site. You will handle daily system monitoring, install and configure software and hardware, and provide timely technical support with proper documentation.

Qualifications

• 1 year relevant working experience
• Solid experience in technical support, trouble‑shooting and administration of software system
• Knowledge with Shop IT equipment such as POS, Wi‑Fi and Network devices, Mobile devices
• Knowledge of F&B / FMCG operation is highly preferred
• Knowledge of SQL language is a plus

About you

1 year relevant working experience
