Job description

Responsibilities

• Daily sever operation, project coordination & workplace solution support
• Support fast growing store openings and expansion with system and network installation
• Part of the regional technical team on mutual support and backup among Asia Pacific and China.
• Perform task assigned by project manager/supervisor and deliver outcomes
• Workplace/collaboration technologies testing and implementation
• Responsible for routine server administration and network maintenance
• Handle IT infrastructure preparation and installation in retail stores opening/relocate & closing activities
• IT asset, inventory and documentation management
• Organize trainings and campaigns to deploy IT tools to the users
• Serve as a member of the regional technical team to deliver the infrastructure solution according to the Group and widely accepted standard
• May require on‑call support or ad‑hoc work during store operating hours and specific time during key project milestones

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in computer science, information technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of IT experience with at least 2 years in project coordination role
• Good knowledge in workplace/collaboration and mobility solution (Office 365, SharePoint, Zoom, AirWatch..etc)
• Knowledge in Windows 7/10, Windows Server and networking (CCNA is preferred)
• Proven experience in handling multi tasks in a cross-functional environment, such as task status reporting, vendor management
• Good communication skills to face end user and provide customer service in MNC with regional scope
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and overcome work pressure to drive for results
• Documentation experience such as operation manual, diagram and procedure
• Proactive, fast learner and team player
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
