Job summary

A leading IT services company in Hong Kong is offering a position in IT support, involving system and jobs monitoring and providing technical assistance to internal users and external customers. The ideal candidate should have relevant IT support experience and a diploma or degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Good communication skills in English and Chinese are essential, with willingness to work on public holidays. Immediate availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Willing to work on public holidays and shift roster (0800-2200), no overnight requirement
