Butler is building the Company Brain for building operations. We turn the messy frontline data — voice notes, messages, photos — into structured knowledge. We work with Hong Kong’s largest developers and managers and are expanding across Singapore and beyond.

This role is a hunter with a service heart: you’ll generate qualified leads, attend industry events, pitch to prospects, onboard new clients, and translate client needs into product feedback for our tech team.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or enterprise sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to manage a CRM and maintain a healthy pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through outreach, events, partnerships, and referrals.
• Attend industry events; represent Butler and open doors.
• Pitch and present to prospects with confidence.
• Onboard new clients and manage relationships after conversion.
• Translate client needs into product feedback for the tech team.
• Maintain a clean CRM and disciplined follow-up.
• Wear multiple hats across BD, account management, events, light marketing, and admin.
