RecruitFirst Limited is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate commercial growth across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. You will drive opportunities in Creative Digital Services, SEO, and AI-driven solutions, managing the full BD cycle from discovery to close.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in digital BD/Sales, a strong HK/GBA network, and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Development / Sales experience in digital services or agencies.
• Experience in consultative and complex B2B sales.
• Strong network across Hong Kong and/or the Greater Bay Area.
• Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and AI-driven marketing trends.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Senior Business Development Manager
Location: Hong Kong | Greater Bay Area Coverage

Our client, an international digital group with over 26 years of experience supporting global brands, is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate commercial growth across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.

What You'll Do:

Drive new business opportunities across Creative Digital Services, SEO, Search and AI-driven solutions

Manage the full business development cycle, from prospecting and client discovery to proposals, pitching, negotiation and closing

Develop relationships with companies across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, particularly businesses with regional or international ambitions

Manage complex pitches, pre-sales and RFP processes in collaboration with internal delivery teams

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across existing accounts

Build market intelligence and represent the business at client meetings and industry events

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of Business Development / Sales experience, ideally within a digital agency or digital services environment

Proven experience in consultative and complex B2B sales

Strong existing network across Hong Kong and/or the Greater Bay Area

Good understanding of digital marketing, SEO/Search, creative services and AI-driven marketing trends

Strong presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
