Job summary

Hongkong Land Group Limited is hiring an IT Support professional to maintain day-to-day IT infrastructure and workplace technology in our Hong Kong offices. You'll monitor system performance, resolve incidents, and provide end-user helpdesk support to ensure minimal disruption.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT and at least four years of relevant experience, plus strong knowledge of desktop support, Microsoft tech, networking and device management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant end-user support/IT operations/infrastructure experience.
• Strong knowledge of desktop support, Microsoft technologies, IT infrastructure and networking.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with end users, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Willingness to work outside normal office hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure and workplace technology.
• Provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot issues.
• Configure and maintain end-user devices and applications.
• Assist in IT projects and technology initiatives with stakeholders and vendors.
• Manage IT assets and provide AV support for meetings and events.
