Job summary

This role involves daily administration of PCs and networks, assisting with IT solutions, and providing technical support to end users. The ideal candidate will hold a Higher Diploma in IT or a related discipline, have 3 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in both English and Chinese. Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• 3 years of relevant experience in computer support.
• Well-versed with Windows platform, Microsoft Office and Mac OS.
• Self-driven and proactive with good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in written / spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Willingness to travel to site offices for support.

Responsibilities

• Daily administration, maintenance, and support of the company’s PC and network.
• Assist in procurement and installation of computer hardware and software.
• Provide technical support and advice to end users on PC operations and mobile devices.
