Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. is seeking an IT Support professional to provide frontline technical assistance to end users in Hong Kong. The role involves daily IT operations, hardware/software installations, and maintaining LAN-based equipment.

Strong AD/Exchange experience is essential, with Cisco Unity/CUCM and Ivanti EPMM experience highly valued. Applicants should have 2+ years in a technical support role, a related degree, and fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Qualifications

Associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
Banking / Securities industry experience is preferred but not required.
Strong knowledge of software, hardware, LAN, network installation, configuration and maintenance.
Experience supporting Windows OS, Microsoft products and Active Directory including account management, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, identity lifecycle management and Exchange 2019.
Ivanti EPMM mobility management, Cisco Unity, CUCM and video conferencing experience is desired.
Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Responsibilities

Provide IT technical support and handle hotline enquiries for end users.
Perform daily IT operations including installation of hardware, systems and applications, fixes and patches.
Help manage IT equipment under the PC LAN environment.
Provide support for meetings and events.
