Job summary

Hongkong Land Group Limited is hiring an IT Support professional to maintain day-to-day IT infrastructure and workplace technology in our Hong Kong offices. You'll monitor system performance, resolve incidents, and provide end-user helpdesk support to ensure minimal disruption.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT and at least four years of relevant experience, plus strong knowledge of desktop support, Microsoft tech, networking and device management.

Support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure and workplace technology, monitoring system performance and resolving incidents to minimise service disruption.

Provide technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and application issues while delivering a positive user experience.

Configure, maintain, and optimise end-user devices and applications, ensuring employees have the tools and support required to work effectively.

Support the delivery of IT projects and technology initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely and successful implementation.

Manage IT assets and provide technical and audio-visual support for meetings and events, while collaborating with service providers to maintain high service standards.

What you'll need to succeed:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Min.4 years of relevant experience in end-user support, IT operations, or infrastructure support.

Good knowledge of desktop support, Microsoft technologies, IT infrastructure, networking, and device management.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with end users, stakeholders, and external vendors.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn, with flexibility to provide support outside normal office hours when required.
