Job summary

Orange Financial Printing Limited is seeking an IT support specialist in Hong Kong to provide end-user assistance for software and hardware, and to liaise with vendors on technical matters.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in Computer Studies with at least 1 year of IT support experience. Fresh graduates with a strong learning attitude are welcome, and the position includes performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Studies or related discipline.
• 1-year solid experience in IT support.
• Knowledge of PC, Mac and Networking.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and positive service attitude.
• Able to work independently and have sound problem-solving skills.
• Fresh graduate with the attitude to learn will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for software applications and computer hardware.
• Deal with vendors on technical matters.
• Maintain system documentation.
• Maintain inventory records on hardware and software.
