Zusammenfassung

JFE Consulting Limited is seeking an on-site IT support technician in Hong Kong to serve as the first-line contact for customer inquiries and provide hands-on technical support across Windows and Linux servers, VMs, and container platforms.

You will monitor infrastructure health with Grafana and Prometheus, troubleshoot system and network failures, and execute disaster recovery and patch management. Fluency in Cantonese and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Over 1 year relevant experience.
• Solid hands-on experience in Windows and Linux administration, system configuration, shell scripting, and patch management.
• Good working knowledge of networking.
• Fluent in both Cantonese and English.
• Knowledge of Docker, containers, and Exchange servers (preferred).

About you
