Eugene Group in Hong Kong seeks an IT Support specialist to provide first-line technical support to internal users onsite and remotely. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining desktops, laptops and mobile devices. The role emphasizes ADS, O365 and IT security awareness.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of IT support experience.
• Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Hands-on with Windows Server, Active Directory, Windows 10/11, MS 365 & Outlook.

Provide first line technical support to internal users (onsite and remote).

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Windows 10/11, Microsoft O365 and Outlook.
• Good understanding of networking, TCP/IP, VPN, LAN, Wi-Fi, network diagnostics are an advantage.
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese; fluent Cantonese.
• Responsible, team player and independent.
