Job Description

• Manages day to day operations within a high availability environment
• Supports project, maintenance and administration tasks on Microsoft’s cloud platform, MS Windows Servers, Citrix virtual environment
• Ensures the Microsoft’s based environment is protected with latest security setting / patch, endpoint protection, system hardening
• Participates in Microsoft’s based infrastructure project planning, evaluation, management, implementation and deployment
• Communicates with internal teams and vendors for project and other technical support matters
• Provide 7 x 24 standby support
• Performs other ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• A recognized bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System or related discipline
• Solid support experience on enterprise Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft’s cloud platform (O365 & Azure)
• At least 5 years hands on configuration, project implementation support and ongoing operation experience to Wintel infrastructure, Microsoft’s cloud platform (O365 and Azure)
• Experience in implementation and troubleshooting on the Windows platform with Hyper‑V environment
• Must have solid knowledge and experience in high availability clusters, load‑balancers, antivirus, backup, system monitoring facilities and SMTP servers
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• A positive approach to challenges and provide open and honest feedback
• Willing to learn and find out new products technologies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and willing to work as a team
• Able to work independently and under pressure, and willing to work during non-office hours when required
