Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited seeks an IT End-User Support specialist to provide frontline troubleshooting for PCs, printers, mobile devices, and network issues in a fast-paced asset management setting.

The role administers daily maintenance of IT infrastructure, supports finance applications, and collaborates with global groups to resolve incidents, while documenting SOPs and maintaining inventory with budget awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of end-user IT support experience in finance or corporate environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Office, Outlook, and MDM.
• Familiarity with financial platforms such as Bloomberg is preferred.
• Excellent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline troubleshooting for PCs, printers, mobile devices, local networks, and business apps.
• Perform daily maintenance and administration across network infrastructure and IT equipment.
• Support specialized office and financial applications, including finance system terminals.
• Collaborate with central group support teams to resolve complex incidents and L2 escalations.
• Assist in preparing user manuals, technical documentation, and SOPs.
• Maintain IT hardware/software inventory and track budgets.
• Execute operational tasks and special projects as directed by management.
