Randstad Hong Kong Limited is partnering with a premier global banking group in Hong Kong to recruit an IT supervisor. You will lead a team delivering user support, critical trading/treasury desk support, and IT operations to ensure high-availability services.

The role emphasizes endpoint and security governance, VDI management, asset control, and regional IT initiatives, collaborating with global teams to deliver reliable technology across front-office and back-office environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive IT experience within a large enterprise.
• 2–3 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise desktop environments, VDI, and endpoint security solutions.
• Experience supporting front-office trading/treasury systems and real-time market data platforms.
• Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (ITIL) and operational controls.
• Certifications: ITIL and CCNA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 3 and assist Team Lead in daily IT operations.
• Oversee enterprise endpoint platforms and VDI management.
• Coordinate system maintenance, preventive maintenance, and complex troubleshooting.
• Govern hardware and software asset lifecycles and inventory.
• Provide supervisory-level support for front-office treasury users and market data platforms.
• Partner with leadership to execute IT initiatives and ensure project delivery standards.
• Collaborate with regional/global stakeholders to drive system implementations.
• Manage third-party vendors for project delivery, licensing, and maintenance.
