Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a capable HR administrative professional to support full-cycle HR operations in a professional services environment. You will coordinate interviews, liaise with candidates and agencies, and assist with onboarding materials and visa processes.

The role involves maintaining HR databases, supporting campus events and regional recruitment, and contributing to a collaborative, hybrid work setting in a professional international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• 2–5 years' experience in HR, office administration, or secretarial support within a professional / legal / financial services firm.
• Strong command of English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Positive, proactive, and willing-to-learn attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate scheduling.
• Liaise with candidates, recruitment agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Support campus recruitment events, career fairs, and internship programmes.
• Maintain recruitment databases and HR systems.
• Prepare recruitment documentation and onboarding materials.
• Assist with visa applications, personnel records, and HR administration.
• Support event logistics, including workshops, presentations, and networking events.
