The successful candidate will drive HR systems implementation, streamline processes, and develop people analytics while partnering with business leaders to support organizational effectiveness and change

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in HRM, business admin, or related field.
• 10–15 years progressive HR experience, hospitality preferred.
• Experience in HR transformation, HRIS, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to drive organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Review and enhance HR policies, processes, and operating models to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Support organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
• Lead change management activities for business and people transformation projects.
• Champion continuous improvement and innovation within the HR function.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of HRIS and digital HR solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors for system deployment and adoption.
• Drive process automation and digitization to improve HR effectiveness.
• Develop HR metrics, dashboards, and people analytics for data-driven decisions.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, reporting accuracy, and compliance across HR systems.
• Act as trusted advisor to business leaders on employee relations and performance management.
• Support engagement and culture-building initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate stakeholders on people-related initiatives.
• Coach managers in people management and leadership effectiveness.
