Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a seasoned HR leader to drive a strategic HR agenda across Hong Kong and China. You will partner with senior leadership, lead workforce planning, employee relations, talent management and succession, and shape leadership development programs.

You will navigate complex stakeholder environments, influence decisions with data-driven insights, and guide HR teams through change and transformation to support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive HR experience in large, operations-driven environments.
• Strong knowledge of HK and China labour law, employment regulations and ER.
• Proven track record delivering practical, commercially sound HR solutions.
• Experience in operations-driven, engineering, infrastructure or manufacturing settings is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead full spectrum HR activities: workforce planning, ER, talent management and succession.
• Shape organisational development, compensation and benefits, and leadership capability building.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive people initiatives and business performance.
• Develop future leaders, strengthen succession pipelines and manage change initiatives.
• Translate data into business cases and influence decisions at leadership forums.
