Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HR experience in corporate or fast-paced environments.
• Experience across recruitment, employee lifecycle, HR operations or engagement.
• Interest in developing a career in HR Business Partnering.
• Curious, analytical, and eager to learn.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Organised, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple priorities.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to support day-to-day people-related matters and HR initiatives.
• Assist HR Business Partners in delivering people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Support workforce planning, headcount tracking, and organisational changes.
• Participate in discussions relating to employee engagement, talent development, and retention initiatives.
• Prepare HR analytics, reports, and insights to support business decision-making.
• Assist with employee relations matters and help ensure a positive employee experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
• Support compensation, benefits, MPF, and tax filing processes.
• Assist in reviewing and improving HR policies, procedures, and employee programs.
• Participate in HR projects, process enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support various ad-hoc HR initiatives as the organisation grows.
