You will influence hiring decisions, manage employee relations, and drive engagement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of HR experience in a sizeable, fast-moving organisation.
• Strong exposure to talent acquisition and employee relations is highly advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Act as trusted HR partner to business leaders, providing strategic and practical people advice.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive workforce planning, organisation design, talent strategies, and succession discussions.
• Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment for key business functions, attracting high-calibre talent in a competitive market.
• Influence hiring managers on talent decisions, market trends, and workforce challenges.
• Serve as an advisor on employee relations, providing balanced, commercially sound solutions.
• Champion employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture through initiatives.
• Collaborate across HR to deliver integrated people solutions and enhance employee experience.
• Lead or contribute to strategic HR projects and change management programmes.
• Build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation as a trusted contact for people-related matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and ways of working.
• Stay connected to market trends and talent insights to shape forward-looking people strategies.
• Embrace a hands-on approach balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day priorities in a fast-paced environment.
