Job summary

ihD Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the design and administration of the group's HR system, including salary frameworks and benefits. The role requires strong knowledge of Hong Kong labour laws and MPF administration.

You will align HR operations with governance standards, manage staff relations, and coordinate HR activity across regions, while developing and renewing company policies and handbooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• 2–3 years of managerial HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance, MPF and HR compliance.
• Experience with PRC labour law and Southeast Asia labour laws is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin speaking preferred.

• Design, roll out and implement salary frameworks, performance appraisal systems and employee benefit schemes
• Manage all staff matters and oversee labour relations; well-versed in Hong Kong labour legislation and Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) administration
• Align HR operations with corporate governance standards; handle internal personnel administration and external stakeholder liaison, and ensure full compliance of all HR procedures.
• Effectively lead & interpret Company policies and management.
• Coordinate HR duties with colleagues in different countries or region.
• Assists in company handbook renewal for corporate governance compliance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Proven minimum 2-3 years managerial HR experience
• Expertise in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, remuneration structures, MPF schemes, and HR compliance requirements and HR best practices.
• Solid HR practices with PRC labour law is preferable. Knowledge of Malaysia, Singapore or other Southeast Asia countries labour law is an advantage.
• Capable of independently designing HR policies.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese and spoken Mandarin; meticulous thinking, strong confidentiality awareness and strategic vision
• Good planning and implementing capability
• Good at MS Office and Chinese word input.
• Able to work independently.
