Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to advise leaders on manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation and benefits. You will lead HR initiatives, budget and workforce planning, and partner with HR COEs to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.

Applicants should have a degree, 8+ years of HR experience, strong HK Employment Ordinance knowledge, and excellent Excel/HRIS reporting with fluency in English and Chinese including

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM, Business Admin or related field.
• At least 8 years of HR experience with HRBP work.
• Solid knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
• Hands-on in talent acquisition, performance management and employee relations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

About the Job

• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to business leaders and department heads, providing professional HR advice and support on manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and succession planning.
• Lead and drive key HR initiatives, including annual budgeting, workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement programs.
• Partner with HR Centres of Excellence (COEs) to deliver effective HR solutions and support business objectives.
• Keep abreast of market trends, employment legislation, and HR best practices to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and internal HR procedures.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of solid HR experience, with proven experience in HR Business Partnering.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR best practices.
• Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, performance management and employee relations.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with strong reporting skills and hands-on experience in HRIS.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
