Chung Yick Tung Finance Technology Limited in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned HR and Administration professional to lead talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, and employee development while ensuring compliant practices and smooth office operations. You will draft policies, manage cross-department coordination, and maintain compliance with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations.
Mandarin fluency is required; Cantonese and English are a plus.

Human Resources Management – Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, employee training and development, payroll and compensation & benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations.
Administration Management – Coordinate daily office administrative affairs, including office environment management, meeting coordination and reception, document and file management, and office supplies and equipment procurement.
Policy Development – Draft and update employee handbooks, and establish and continuously improve HR and administrative policies and procedures.
Compliance – Ensure all HR and administrative practices comply with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF Scheme, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Cross-departmental Coordination – Serve as a bridge between the company and various departments, facilitating communication, coordination, and event planning.
Education – Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines (preferred).
Experience – 3-5 years of solid experience in HR and administration, with team management experience preferred.
Professional Knowledge – Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, and relevant labor laws.
Language Skills – Fluent Mandarin (required); proficiency in Cantonese and English is a plus.
Technical Skills – Proficient in MS Office and other office software; strong written and communication skills.
Eligibility – Hong Kong Permanent Residents or candidates with valid work visas are preferred.
