Frites Management Limited in Hong Kong seeks a capable Senior HR Officer to independently manage HR functions for our SME across Hong Kong and Macau, handling onboarding, records, MPF, visas, and policies.
You will support attendance, leave, employee relations, and tax returns while ensuring compliance with local laws. Fluent English and Cantonese, with high integrity, are essential.
We are looking for a capable and proactive Senior HR Officer to independently manage all human resources functions for our SME across Hong Kong and Macau. You will handle the full spectrum of HR matters — from employee onboarding and attendance management to employee relations and company events.
Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, including preparation of employment contracts, orientation, and ensuring a smooth joining experience.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Manage MPF administration and related tasks.
Ensure MACAU employment visas and quotas are updated in a timely manner.
Ensure timely submission of MACAU’s monthly statutory requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries from employees.
Provide guidance on company policies, benefits, leave, and other HR matters.
Support basic employee relations and help maintain a positive workplace environment.
Review and monitor staff attendance records regularly.
Track and manage leave balances, ensure proper leave applications, and maintain up-to-date leave records.
Address attendance-related issues and elevate when necessary.
Prepare and submit employer tax returns
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
Continuously improve HR processes to support the growing needs of the business.
Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned.
Assist with general administrative tasks when required.
Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum 4–6 years of solid HR generalist experience, preferably in an SME environment.
Hands‑on experience in onboarding, attendance & leave management, and employee support.
Strong knowledge of HK and Macau employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR systems.
Excellent in English & Cantonese, both written and spoken.
Resourceful and hands‑on attitude.
Able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
