Job summary

ATAL Engineering Group (ATAL) is seeking an HR Business Partner to support designated business units in Hong Kong. The role covers talent acquisition, performance management and employee relations to drive retention and compliance.

You will handle HR administration, maintain HRIS, prepare management reports, and assist on HR projects and initiatives as needed. Degree in HR, at least 3 years' HR experience, strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint and bilingual English and Chinese are required; team player

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years working experience in human resources;
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Willing to learn and a good team player;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as the position of Assistant Human Resources Officer
