A recruitment agency in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer - Assistant Human Resources Manager to support business units with HR strategies and operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience in sizable organizations, preferably in the construction industry. Strong communication skills and proficiency in both English and Chinese are essential. This role involves managing various HR functions, including training organization and policy formulation.

Competenze

Responsibilities

• Provide full support to business units in formulating and implementing Human Resources strategies and plans.
• Manage full spectrum of HR management issues including but not limited to manpower planning, performance management, talent development and retentions, as well as reward management for the business.
• Organize, develop and prepare training sessions and staff activities.
• Compile periodic HR reports and analysis for management review.
• Assist in reviewing and formulating HR policies and procedures
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in HR operations in a sizable organization. Experience in Construction Industry would be an advantage
• An efficient and resourceful team player with mature personality, excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Well-versed in MS Office applications and HRIS system (SAP).
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
