Job summary

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants Hong Kong is seeking an HR Officer/HR Assistant to support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, and to provide guidance on policies and performance management. You will be actively involved in recruitment—from preparing job descriptions and posting ads to managing the hiring process—plus ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing colleague engagement.

The role requires bilingual proficiency in Cantonese and English, and you will maintain

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Officer or other HR positions, preferably in hospitality industry
• Proficiency in written / spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English
