Job summary

HR Plus is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager (HR Generalist) in Hong Kong for a newly created headcount due to expansion. The role covers staffing, employee relations, compensation & benefits, HR operations, onboarding and departures, plus involvement in HR projects and policy implementation.

Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is preferred. A 5-day work week is offered with a competitive remuneration package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems.
• Exposure to healthcare service industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment ordinances.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Our client is a well-established healthcare service company looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their HR team. It is newly createdheadcount due to business expansion.

Job Description

• Provide and support all-rounded HR functions, includes but not limited to staffing, employee relations, compensation & benefits, HR operations, budgeting, onboarding and departure, etc.
• Involve in HR projects, assist in policies or procedures review and implementation of HR initiatives
• Provide effective communication with internal parties on staff-related issues
• Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
• Handle performance management and review process
• Assist in any ad hoc project assigned by superior

Requirement

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Minimum with 5 years of HR generalist experience
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems
• Exposure in healthcare service industry with frontline operations will be an advantage
• Knowledge of best HR practices, well versed in employment related ordinances
• Tactful and with excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and communication skills
• Able to work independently, under pressure, fast space environment and with minimum supervision
• Strong work ethics
• Good command of written in English, fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua
