KOS International Talent Group represents a listed manufacturing company with a strong presence in Hong Kong and China. They seek an Assistant Human Resources Manager to deliver HR services across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, and HR administration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, HR data maintenance, and ensuring compliance with the Hong Kong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of HR generalist experience with strong C&B exposure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and HR practices.
• Proficient in MS Office and AI tools.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

We are representing a listed manufacturing company with strong business presence in Hong Kong and China. Due to the succession planning, they are looking for an Assistant Human Resources Manager to join the company.

About the Role

• Deliver comprehensive HR service across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, employee mobility, and HR administration.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Support payroll preparation and liaise with external payroll vendors.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including medical insurance and leave management.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, as well as attendance record via HR system.
• Maintain employee files and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
• Occasional travel to China is required.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience and with stronger exposure in C&B
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Good understanding of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR best practices.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Words) and any AI tools
• Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
