Job summary

HR Plus is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager (HR Generalist) in Hong Kong for a newly created headcount due to expansion. The role covers staffing, employee relations, compensation & benefits, HR operations, onboarding and departures, plus involvement in HR projects and policy implementation.

Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is preferred. A 5-day work week is offered with a competitive remuneration package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems.
• Exposure to healthcare service industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment ordinances.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide and support all-rounded HR functions including staffing, employee relations, compensation & benefits, HR operations, budgeting, onboarding and departure.
• Involve in HR projects and assist in policies or procedures review and implementation of HR initiatives.
• Provide effective communication with internal parties on staff-related issues.
• Resolve conflicts through mediation.
• Handle performance management and review processes.
• Assist in any ad hoc projects assigned by superior.
