Job summary

HR Plus client in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead the HRBP team and manage a small team of two. You will oversee all-round HR duties including planning, recruitment, performance management and employee engagement.

You will act as HR business partner to line management, gather market intelligence on compensation and benefits, and drive wellness initiatives and employer branding through social media. fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR generalist experience.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese and Putonghua proficiency.
