Job summary

Hua Ao in Hong Kong is seeking an HR Generalist to manage HR operations for a small Hong Kong office and support recruitment across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Mainland China. You will oversee onboarding, payroll liaison, leave management, and HR records to ensure compliance and smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of HR experience in HK operations and recruitment.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong employment requirements, MPF and payroll processes.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information.
• Good command of English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
