Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead regional HR operations in Hong Kong, overseeing end-to-end HR functions across headquarters and sites.

You will advise on Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, manage talent acquisition, onboarding, performance reviews, compensation design with input from tax and legal teams, and oversee vendor benefits negotiations. Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English and Cantonese are essential.

Formación

• Degree holder in HR Management or related discipline.
• 10+ years HR generalist experience in a multinational environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and local regulations.
• Proven track record in multi-cultural HR issues, staff engagement, and end-to-end recruitment.
• Proficient in HR systems and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end HR functions for regional HQ and sites (talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, offboarding).
• Provide advisory on HK Labour Law, EOC regulations, and regional market trends.
• Oversee talent acquisition and shortlist candidates, manage direct channels and agencies.
• Design competitive compensation and benefits packages with tax/legal input for overseas hires.
• Lead vendor negotiations for employee benefits (medical, life insurance).
• Coordinate annual and mid-term performance reviews across regional entities.
• Drive employee engagement, wellness initiatives, health & safety policies, calendars.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors on workplace matters or complaints.

You will lead a lean, high-performing HR function and directly manage one HR Manager, serving as a trusted advisor to senior executive leadership. The team operates in an open, multi-cultural environment with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, employee wellbeing, and open communication across regional offices.

About the job.

• Manage end-to-end HR functions for regional headquarters and operational sites, spanning talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

• Provide first-line advisory to management on Hong Kong Labour Law, EOC regulations, and regional market trends.

• Oversee talent acquisition and candidate shortlisting while managing direct recruitment channels and external recruitment agency partners.

• Design and align competitive compensation, secondary benefits, and benchmark packages in collaboration with tax and legal specialists for overseas hiring.

• Lead vendor negotiations for employee secondary benefits, including medical and life insurance plans.

• Prepare and coordinate annual and midterm performance review cycles across regional entities.

• Drive employee engagement, staff wellness initiatives, health & safety policies, and company activity calendars.

• Serve as an internal trust contact and coordinate with external legal advisors on official workplace matters or complaints.

Skills & experiences required.

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.

• Minimum 10 years of HR generalist experience, preferably gained within a multinational environment.

• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related local labor regulations.

• Proven track record in handling multi-cultural HR issues, staff engagement, and end-to-end recruitment.

• Proficient in HR systems and direct recruitment platforms.

• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.

• Self-motivated, highly organized, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
