Job summary

The Foreign Correspondents is a unique private members' club in Hong Kong seeking an HR generalist to support a full spectrum of HR functions. You will serve as HR partner for assigned departments and help manage recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations and staff development.

Renewable contract, friendly team, and a private club working environment with staff meals, annual leave and public holidays. Open to fresh graduates and those with 2–3 years HR experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
• 2–3 years HR experience; fresh grads welcome
• Experience in recruitment, C&B, employee relations and staff development

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Support compensation & benefits and payroll tasks
• Manage employee relations and handle grievances and investigations
• Maintain HRIS records and provide daily HR administrative support
• Coordinate HR projects and assist in policy development
